Student Registration

Please bring the following when you come to register your child:
Birth Certificate
Proof of Residence - a current lease or utility bill.
Photo ID of parent or guardian registering
Virginia Physical completed within one year of the first day of school
Immunization record
Custody papers (if applicable)
Current IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
